摘要: 从智能工厂建设需求出发,通过对智能工厂建设的难点和企业数字化工厂建设现状的分析,探讨石油化工工程数字化交付标准编制的目标、意义和内容,并探索数字化交付标准在工程项目的实施过程及实施效果。数字化交付标准的发布实施,为所有的工程参与方提供了统一遵循,规范了交付内容和过程,保证了交付质量,降低了项目沟通成本、数据交换成本、信息收集和集成成本,缩短了数字化工厂建设周期,提高了资产管理效益

Abstract: Starting from the requirements of intelligent plant construction, this paper discusses the objectives, significance and content of digital delivery standards for petrochemical engineering by analyzing the difficulties of intelligent plant construction and the situation of digital factory construction in enterprises, and explores the implementation process and effect of digital delivery standards in engineering projects. The release and implementation of digital delivery standards provides unified compliance for all engineering participants, standardizes the delivery content and process, ensures the quality of delivery, reduces the costs of project communication, data exchange, information collection and integration, shortens the construction cycle of digital plant, and improves the efficiency of asset management.
